Dorset Dub Fest 2017 Trade Terms & Conditions:
In submitting this booking form, I\ We hereby agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Please note that this an outdoor event held on grass and all traders are responsible for providing their own stalls, cover and electricity. All Trade Stalls must be set up by 12am on Friday 21st July and can be set up from 8am. All stalls must be taken down and cleared from site by 13.00 on Monday 24th July. All waste of any kind produced by your business must be removed or you will be charged for the removal and or banned from any future events.
Your Stall, Staff, Vehicles and Camping equipment MUST all fit onto the plot provided. All plots are pre assigned so please do not expect a larger plot than that you have paid for. Plots will be designated once booked and can not be altered once planned. The organisers accept no responsibility for any damage or loss to property.
Traders MUST take notice of event stewards at all times. No distribution or sale of food & drink is allowed unless by prior agreement with the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove from site anyone who behaves in an unruly manner towards visitors or staff. The sale of alcohol, legal highs or any type of drug, fireworks and weapons is strictly forbidden
Traders must supply a current risk assessment before the show, outlining their activities and methods employed to control any hazards and risks. Traders are required to have necessary insurance against fire and other risks including third party claims.
This completed booking form for a trade stand shall be deemed as confirmation by the trader that they have the necessary insurance cover and the trader agrees to indemnify the event organisers and their staff against all and any claims which may arise. Please provide a copy of your insurance certificate when booking a stand.
Completed applications do not guarantee that you will be allocated a trade pitch, which is entirely at the discretion of the organisers
Trade stand cancellations will only be refunded if made in writing before June 21st 2017.
ADVANCE TRADE STALL PRICES IF BOOKED BEFORE 21ST MAY 2017
3m frontage x 6m Deep £45.00 : 6m frontage x 6m Deep £85.00 : 9m frontage x 6m Deep £120.00 : 12m frontage x 6m Deep £150.00
All stalls include 2 Staff passes. Additional weekend staff passes are available at £15.00 per person if booked before May 21st 2017. Staff passes will be £20.00 per person if booked thereafter.
